Standard orders:
Standard orders ship FedEx, a FedEx web link will be provided to track your order, however your items will be delivered by FedEx.
Please Note: Your order might get delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, emergency and natural disaster conditions.
Expedited orders:
All 2nd Business Day and Next Business Day purchases will be delivered by FedEx. Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as delivery days.

• Important notice: If your order was placed on an evening, weekend, or holiday, your order will not begin to process until the following business day. Please take this information into account calculating the 2-5 day delivery time-frame.

No, you cannot. The packaging of the orders can only be opened after making full payments. In case you are not satisfied with the product after checking the package, you can initiate return or replacement.

Order once placed on the website can easily be cancelled as well. For creating cancellation request of your order online, click the cancel link which is in the My Account session. Only the registered user of the SaintG can cancel their orders

On selection of your preferred credit card option, you would be directed to the confirmation page where you have to click on to confirm the order by verifying your contact number.
